Q. How long does the Shipping usually take?

For In Stock items, the express shipping usually takes 3-6 business days.

For Manufacturer In Stock items, the delivery usually takes 7-14 business days.

For Pre-order items, the items usually ship within 3-8 weeks.

For Shipping To Sarawak, Sabah & Peninsular Malaysiathe item usually take 7-14 business days to arrive.

 

Q. How do I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment with the tracking number provided.

 

Q. How about damaged product while arriving from online order?
If there is damage from shipping or your product arrives flawed upon your collection, it's all on us.

 

Q. If the goods arrived with at last unit and unfortunately gets damaged, and I can't replace it with the same model?
Then we can proceed full refund to you or we can let your payment switch onto the purchase.

 

 


 

Delivery

With our same day delivery service, you can get your much needed item(s) delivered within the day!

The process is as follows:

  1. Call our hotline or write in via whatapps chat to speak to one of our Sales Agents to request for same day delivery.

  2. We will proceed to check the condition of the item(s), as well as get you a quotation on the shipping fee.

  3. Upon confirmation, we will issue an invoice. Once payment has been made, our team will handle the rest.

  4. A tracker will be sent out via email or whatapps when the order has been handed over to the courier. Do note that same day delivery is only allowed for products currently available in at least one of our showrooms. The cut-off time for same day delivery is by 4:30pm. 


**Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays or peak periods and additional fees will be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries.

 


 

In-Store Pick-Up

With in-store pick-up, you can conveniently collect your online order from one of our showrooms for free. This option is only available when one of our showrooms has stock of your entire order.The process is as follows:

  1. Select the “In-Store Pick Up” option at checkout.

  2. Upon payment, your order would take roughly 24 hours to process.

  3. Upon confirmation, you will be sent a confirmation message via Email and SMS, stating the showroom that you will be able to pick your order up from.

  4. Collect your order from the designated showroom within 48hrs by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly Music Outlet staff and they will assist you with your order.


Do note that in-store pick-up is only allowed for products currently available in at least one of our showrooms. If you are unable to collect your order within 48hrs, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Return, Exchange and Refund Policy will apply to orders with in-store pick-up from the moment your order is picked up in-store.
